Advanced optoacoustic and fluorescence sensing or imaging provides elaborate multi-variate information streams that require dedicated data analytics for their  interpretation. The technology operates with advanced collection modes over time, space and spectrum to provide morphological, functional and molecular features of rich information content. We analyze and convert these multi-variate measurements to quantified outputs that support advanced understanding and decision making. Our algorithmic tools use deterministic and deep-learning (DL) / artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to get the most out of the data collected.  

We develop standards and the algorithmic framework to offer quality control and standardization of systems, data collection protocols and the measurements obtained, with particular emphasis on precision and longitudinal performance for Fluorescence, Optical and Optoacoustic (photoacoustic) studies.
